Very Weird Unexplained Defects

You know I rarely see animals with birth defects.Animals have no healthcae. If they are born without the ability to survive because of defects, they will die.
Humans have advanced healthcare.Here is two little guys with some odd defects.I'm not sure what the defects are called.
